This sailing ship, the Fryderyk Chopin, was at the dock at Fort Shirley when we were in the anchorage outside of Portsmouth.
The ship operates as a school, The Blue School, and was full of children studying and learning to sail. If you look closely you can see the children up in the rigging high off the deck.
