There was almost no wind and the seas were very gentle, but out of nowhere we were hit by a torrential rain storm. This photo is of our mooring neighbour, Evergreen, who was peacefully lying at her mooring and waiting out the storm.

It’s great getting a heavy rain like this after making a long passage. It gives you time to break out some brushes and swab down the salty deck with fresh and free water.
