I’m not in the business for marketing hotels, but this five star hotel and resort is incredible.
I was recommended to visit the Llao Llao for their breakfast buffet. It was a huge splurge for a budget traveller like myself, but I talked myself into it. When I arrived I was immediately blown away by the beauty of the surroundings, and after a few minutes gazing around, I headed inside for breakfast.
If I was paying top dollar for a breakfast buffet, I was going to get every last peso of value from it. Therefore, the details here are a little unclear to me since I ate myself into a stupor. All I remember is eating dessert after dessert, each seemingly better than the last, until I was so full I couldn’t pallet even one wafer thin mint.
I spent the next few hours wandering around the hotel and the nearby lakes and cottages. In the end, it was worth every peso spent.
