There is a well preserved Roman amphitheatre in Pula. It was built between 27 BC and 68 AD and is one of the largest surviving Roman arenas in the world.
They host some special events during the year where visitors can go see film festival screenings, live operas, equestrian events, or even rock concerts. There’s seating for about 5000, and it would be the perfect place to see Roger Waters perform The Wall.
