I always loved seeing these roosters in Central America since they have such beautiful colouring. I didn’t love being woken up by them at 4:30 in the morning though.
This little guy just made a new best friend. There are a lot of stray dogs on the island since spaying and neutering is not common practice here. It’s nice to see that this little puppy found a loving friend to keep him safe and happy.
Since we’re on the subject of animals in Honduras, here’s an iguana.
